Our wedding was the most memorable, amazing, most special day of my life. I will never forget it as it was the day I married my best friend, supporter, and love of my life. It definitely was the kind of atmosphere I wanted for our wedding. It had to be that or Hawaii, and it would have been too expensive to bring everyone there, so San Diego it was!
haha I was the SAME way. I wanted it more than anything to be in Hawaii, but my east coast family would have killed me if I made them travel any farther than the west coast! so luckily (like you) found a very hawaii looking venue in sd!
Beautiful pictures. I used to work and live in San Diego but moved back to Orange County recently. I actually worked at this hotel for a few months in 2008. They have beautiful grounds and love all the birds of paradise plants all over.

Their grounds and the birds of paradise are what instantly won me over…I ultimately wanted to get married in Hawaii and this was as close to it as I could get without having to go there!!
