I love fitness, exercising, and feeling strong and healthy. I love fitness so much that I’m a certified Spin and Group Power instructor. I taught group fitness exercise at Equinox about 5 years ago while in college and once I graduated to pursue a career in Business Management, teaching had to take backseat as I felt I was juggling too much at one time. However, it’s always been a passion of mine and I never stopped loving it. One day I’d like to teach again and it’s always in the back of my mind…hopefully one day again I’ll get to. My workouts range from a variety of different things such as taking spinning classes (my fav!), a 3 mile run, bootcamp classes, interval training, free weights, and incline walking. Somedays I like to plan my workouts, others I like to just go with the flow and do what my body and my mind feel like doing at that moment. Below is a daily log of my workouts to give you an idea of the variety (with a focus of spinning
